As many fo you know, I'm a rather a busybody, when it comes to my martial arts training. I lean to the obsessive.

MY own little variation of an empty handed appplication of cross blocking with my baton to an open handed low parrry into a kind of " rolling entering action " into a C - Hand left press accompanied by a Overhead Right Punch.
